Arena
The objective of the Vauxhall Agricultural Society with regard to the rodeo arena
is to promote the use of the arena for western way of life activities.
Derby
Every year on July 1st Vauxhall has a Demolition Derby that brings intrest from across Alberta.
Calendar
The Ag Society holds Farmers Markets, the July 1st Demolition Derby, Roping and Barrel Racing at the Arena. Check Calendar for dates please.
Farmers Market
The Ag Society holds 10 farmer's Markets this year. These markets provide a venue for people to buy and sell produce and merchandise....v
History
The Vauxhall Agricultural Society had 50 members when it was chartered in 1957. The first president was James Reid, First Vice-Lucien Claeys, Second Vice-John Klassen and Secretary-Treasurer-Raymond Skretting.
Rentals
As a service to the community, VAS has a number of tables and chairs to rent to
the community for a nominal cost. We also have bleachers for rent if needed.
